Our Grading System

Grade A (Brand New): The furniture is in pristine condition, free of any marks, scratches, or defects. It is brand new and has never been used.

Grade B - Minor Imperfections: The furniture is brand new but may have minor imperfections or cosmetic issues, which are typically superficial in nature. These imperfections are often related to transportation or handling. E.g a scuff to a leg, a mark to the back of a sofa.

Grade C - Visible Wear: The furniture is brand new but may have more noticeable cosmetic imperfections, such as minor scratches or small dents, but remains fully functional and structurally sound. These imperfections are noticeable but do not detract significantly from the overall quality or usability. This option is great for those seeking value while accepting some character imperfections.
