The John Lewis British Natural Collection is crafted by renowned heritage bedmakers Harrison Spinks. Designed and made in-house in Yorkshire, the Herdwick 4250 features layers of natural fillings including traceable British wool, homegrown hemp fibres and award-winning spring technology. The addition of a pillowtop adds a soft and sumptuous extra layer to this mattress.
Herdwick wool has even greater insulating properties and even more bounce in the fibres than traditional wool. Used in the mattress and pillowtop to regulate body temperature, the Herdwick wool helps you stay cool in the Summer and warm in the Winter.

Cortec™ Quad pocket spring system This glue-free support system has been designed, developed and manufactured in-house. It offers a two-stage level of support thanks to a spring-in-spring design, delivering even greater lumbar support and pressure relief. The heavier parts of your body will be perfectly supported to help maintain an aligned spine and to prevent unwanted aches and pains. Plus, as the springs work individually, air can flow better through the mattress to keep the temperature controlled.
Grade B– Brand new and unused. The mattress was returned due to asplit in the packaging, which causeda few small dirt marks, as shown in the photos we have cleaned the mattress, The marks are minor and purely cosmetic.
