When not in use or in windy weather we recommend you close the parasol down.
Fill the included base with sand and water to weigh it down in your chosen location in the garden. Make sure that you're happy with your parasol's location before filling the base.

Never drag a parasol when moving it, always lift it
Periodically check all fixings to ensure none have come loose and re-tighten where necessary
Do not excessively tilt or sway the canopy. Do not hang items from or swing from the canopy as this will cause tipping
