This item is Open Box Brand New Grade B - marking / paint chips to sides of frame mainly on inside of arms and front tube. One cross tube has a very minor dent.
Item is new and unused with possible box damaged/ box replaced with item seal removed. Item is otherwise complete with all accessories as you would expect from a new item.
