Saddle has all the hallmarks of a 1920s-style armchair. It's got a winged back, scroll arms, stud detailing and traditional Queen Anne feet. What you can't see is the feather filling in the seat cushion which provides an incredibly soft sit. A word about our Darwin leather Natural and unaltered our Darwin leather lightens in colour when it's stretched, so over time it will develop a uniquely worn-in look. It's also easily scuffed and scraped but these can easily be rubbed away, even just with your hands. If you're looking for genuinely natural-looking, rugged and soft-touch leather then this is the one for you. But if you've got small children or animals just bear in mind that it is easily marked.
