The Waitrose Wool Collection of mattresses have been carefully designed to provide classic comfort and support with active pressure relief. This range recognises all the natural benefits of British wool, such as its breathability and natural temperature regulation, and that it repels dust-allergens and is naturally biodegradable.

A luxurious, easy to maintain, no-turn pocket spring mattress the Waitrose Wool No. 3, combines 2000 individual pocket springs (per king size mattress) with British wool and sustainable fibres made from recycled materials to ensure breathability and comfort. Featuring 2.1kg (per king size mattress) of naturally temperature regulating wool, traceable to both award-winning Waitrose and assured farms.

The British wool in these mattresses is responsibly sourced from our Waitrose farms, as well as farms assured by Red Tractor Food and Farming Standards, so we know exactly where it’s coming from. Our Partnership ensures these farmers get a fair price for the wool that they produce. Plus, fleece wool has natural temperature regulating properties, so while it feels cosy, soft and springy, it also helps to keep your sleep environment cool and fresh.

Pocket spring system
The pocket springs in this mattress are produced in a tightly coiled format, so they respond and react as you move throughout the night and keep your body weight evenly distributed. Providing pressure relief, they also help to maintain the structure of the mattress.

Grade B – Brand new and unused. The mattress was returned due to a split in the packaging, which caused a few small scuffs around sides and top and a few  light dust marks. The marks are minor and purely cosmetic.
